Trying to "jam the middle class."
From
RCP:
DNC Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL) says House Republicans are "so extreme" that they may throw the payroll tax cut bill out and "leave middle class Americans twisting in the wind."
"Hopefully the House Republicans' plan is not to just try to jam the Senate, who is already adjourned to January 23rd. I mean, logic would tell you a bill passing the Senate 89 to 10 would be able to pass the House," Wasserman Schultz told MSNBC.
Wasserman Schultz says because it is not certain the payroll tax cut extension will pass the House that the Republicans just want to "jame the middle class right at the holiday season."
