The Urbanski Effect - The standing tradition that if Urbanski mentions something on his radio show, it appears in the news soon thereafter. Sometimes a matter of hours, sometimes a matter of days, sometimes a matter of minutes. He mentions it, and it appears. Possibly just a coincidence.
