In a sign even his inner circle are deserting him, "voluptuous" personal nurse Galyna Kolotsytska was spirited out of Libya in a clandestine operation.

The glamorous Ukrainian's flight from violence-ravaged Libya will be a huge blow to the tyrant who "cannot travel with out her", according to a leaked diplomatic memo.

The 40-year-old widow was greeted by her daughter Tatiana and mother Irina as she arrived in Ukrainian capital Kiev early this morning by plane along with over other 120 evacuees.

Galyna had earlier told her daughter by telephone from Libya: "There is shooting around here, but I'll look after myself."
