It seems Herman Cain won't be getting "back on message" anytime soon.
A fourth woman accusing Cain of sexual harassment will reportedly go public Monday afternoon in a press conference with celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, RadarOnline.com first reported.
The accuser is expected to break her silence at 1:30 p.m. at the Friar's Club in New York City.
