Former DNC chairman Howard Dean says he doesn't see any indication that Congressional Republicans really care about the deficit. He says what they really care about is cutting spending programs.

"The only real solution is to cut spending and raise taxes. Until Republicans recognize that, they really aren't being serious, they're just being politically provocative," Dean said on MSNBC.
