Obama Threatens Tax Hikes Unless Jobs Bill Passes

Also says that
Reagan would approve of the Buffett Rule. You know, the one that even
Warren Buffett doesn't like.
From
USA Today:
"On Jan. 1, if nothing is done, everybody here is going to get a tax hike," Obama said to boos yesterday in Mesquite, Texas, (near Dallas).
Extending the payroll tax cut is part of Obama's $447 billion jobs plan, no doubt to help attract Republican votes.
"If the American Jobs Act passes, the typical working family in Texas will have an extra $1,400 in their pockets," Obama said. "Now, if the bill doesn't pass, virtually every worker in America will see their taxes go up -- at the worst possible time."
