Former Clinton Secretary of Labor Robert Reich says most Americans are in favor of a millionaires tax because "they aren't stupid."

"The only alternative to cutting Social Security and Medicare and education and roads and bridges and everything we need is to raise taxes and most people can't afford to pay more in taxes, so who can afford to pay more in taxes? The rich, who've been getting a steadily larger percent of total income in this country," Reich said on MSNBC.
